Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor Faculty

The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Florida is seeking an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in adult psychiatric outpatient and consultation-liaison practice. This is a full-time, non-tenured multi-mission track faculty position working in the Adult Outpatient Clinic and attending on the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Service at UF Health Shands Hospital.
Responsibilities- Address clinical and teaching needs
- Opportunity for scholarly activity
- Outpatient consultation to primary and specialty medical care providers
- Program development involving inpatient treatment and outpatient services and consultation
- Teaching of fellows, general psychiatry residents, and medical students

Requirements- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Licensed in or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida
- Board certified/board eligible in Psychiatry
- Strong candidates will be motivated physicians with a desire for a career in adult psychiatry within an academic setting
- Prior clinical experience in a teaching institution or service
- Completed residency in psychiatry
- Completed a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry
