Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Job Summary:The Academy of General Dentistry is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery position in our esteemed department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Student Oral Surgery Clinic, conducting research, and contributing to the development of departmental research and scholarly activities.
Responsibilities:- Teach and mentor students in the Student Oral Surgery Clinic
- Conduct research and contribute to departmental research and scholarly activities
- Participate in academic pursuits and service
- DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree
- Previous clinical practice experience
- Experience with outpatient surgery, including alveoloplasty, surgical extractions, and medical management of patients
- Florida Dental License (preferred)
