Machine Learning Engineer

About the Team:
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of data scientists and engineers who are passionate about using AI and machine learning to drive business success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Possessing an advanced or Master's education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Having experience working directly with large language models and transformer-based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5, etc.
- Being proficient in working with big data technologies and tools like Hadoop, Spark, or AWS.
- Having experience and knowledge of applying LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, Claude, Mistral, etc.
- Demonstrating proficient experience with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.
- Possessing advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages for data analysis.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks such as flexible working hours, wellness initiatives, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
