Job Title: Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team at Mike Douglass Plumbing. As a dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage plumbing jobs, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, plumbers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Utilize dispatching software to track and manage job assignments, schedules, and resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry as a dispatcher.
  • Knowledge of geographical area and/or map reading skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with dispatching software and computer programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple job duties simultaneously.
