Care Support Assistant

This Patient Mobility Specialist position requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual to support the healthcare team in ensuring the safe and effective mobility of patients.
Main Responsibilities- Assist patients with ADLs, including ambulation, positioning, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide mobility interventions, including safe bed mobility transfers and ambulation with/without assistive devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate pertinent observations to responsible RN and report patient complaints.
- High school graduate or equivalent diploma required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support with Healthcare Provider required.
- Experience and/or education in patient mobility recommended.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Competitive compensation package available, including bonuses and performance-based incentives.
