Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the Summit at Birmingham store. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for retail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in the store.
  • Drive sales by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, meeting the highest standards of our company.
  • Manage the store's operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
