Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend appropriate products and services
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, facilitating negotiations and closing sales
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive sales proposals for seamless transition to the installation team
  • Conduct measurements and document areas to ensure precise and professional installations
  • Compile a detailed list of materials to guarantee efficient installations
  • Maintain effective communication with the parts team, installation coordinator, and installation crews
  • Instill confidence in buyers by providing thorough and accurate information regarding products and pricing
  • Become knowledgeable about the market area and understand customer needs

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
