Occupational Training Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Training Specialist to join our team at OE Enterprises, Inc.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for supporting disabled adults in our production facility and the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Train consumers to perform job tasks using appropriate methodology.
- Act as a positive role model at all times.
- Manage crises and develop training activities to improve consumer skills.
- Assist consumers in developing and implementing goals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years related experience preferred.
- A clear background check and driving record are necessary.
The hiring range for this position is $15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE) with up to 14 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, and access to medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, and 401(K) retirement services.
This role also offers a holiday work bonus and mileage reimbursement.
