Your responsibilities:
  • You will represent Silgan to our clientele, which includes some of America's most esteemed brands.
  • Actively listen to and acknowledge customer inquiries and requests, communicating in a courteous and concise manner while building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Silgan's clients and our internal teams to effectively identify current and future requirements.
  • Manage order processing, maintain demand forecasts, and facilitate product movement through the supply chain from our facilities to our clients.
  • You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring effective and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders on all matters.
  • Address and resolve order fulfillment issues.
  • Organize, analyze, and report relevant data.
  • Oversee customer accounts, assisting our accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications:
  • An associate degree with one year of relevant experience or a high school diploma with two or more years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to teamwork and achieving shared objectives.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
