Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Data and Benefits Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of our UKG Pro human resources information system (HRIS), ensuring the completeness and accuracy of employee records, and conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. The analyst will also develop custom reports to meet the requests and requirements of HR, management, and senior leadership, and support benefits and payroll staff with system and report configuration to promote end-user self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all aspects of our UKG Pro HRIS, including employee records, benefits, and payroll data.
  • Develop custom reports to meet the requests and requirements of HR, management, and senior leadership.
  • Support benefits and payroll staff with system and report configuration to promote end-user self-sufficiency.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure system file feeds are accurate and timely.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health/welfare and 403b plans.
  • Support implementation of wellness activities focused on the long-term health and well-being of employees.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, required. Preferred areas of study: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Human Resources.
  • 3-4 years of related professional experience.
  • Proficiency in UKGPro required. Experience with HRIS conversions, databases, and implementations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
