Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with product partners to understand and satisfy clients' and prospects' business needs.
  • Support the Banking Center Manager: Manage sales, operations, maintenance, security, and personnel.
  • Provide Input and Feedback: Support the branch team, including the Branch Manager, on complex issues or concerns.
  • Own and/or Support the Branch Manager: Healthy interdepartmental communication on resolving customer matters, onboarding new services, and revising current services for customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in a related field (5 years of experience in banking operations may be commensurate for degree).
  • Minimum of 3 Years Sales Experience: Direct employee management experience preferred.
  • Extensive Knowledge: Relating to banking regulations.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Sales-oriented.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Bilingual Skills: A plus.
  • Acute Attention to Detail: Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Proven Ability: To build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
  • Ability to Assess Client Needs: Drivers of profitability, and corporate/personal life cycle optimizing financial solutions.
  • Uses Effective Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: With ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Emphasis on experience in face-to-face negotiations and group presentations.
