Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $28.89 - $35.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for language differential pay, which ranges from $1 to $2.50 per hour. Other benefits include free licensure supervision and a generous paid time off schedule.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working with clients who have severe and persistent mental illnesses, providing direct clinical assessments and treatment, as well as case management services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological evaluations, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation
- Coordinate client use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Colorado. A minimum of one year of experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill populations is also required.
