Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, driving revenue growth, and supporting the store manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive a personalized and engaging experience
  • Drive revenue growth by proactively managing the client experience and effectively performing Manager On Duty responsibilities
  • Support the store manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Coach associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture client opportunities
  • Utilize reports to make effective merchandising decisions and style the store in accordance with Ascena's standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum six months sales associate experience with Ascena or equivalent experience with another retailer
  • Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
