About the Role

The Merchandising Coordinator, US/Canada Women's Merchandising plays a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team by assisting with daily tasks, data maintenance, and tool ownership. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter product data and ensure data integrity in product management systems.
• Create and maintain seasonal line plans and visual line plans to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the US/Canada merchandising team to develop and execute assortment strategies.
• Manage samples and prepare for product reviews and monthly business reviews to ensure timely decision-making.
• Provide weekly sales reports to merchants to inform business decisions.
• Partner with third-party vendors to issue and manage purchase orders, transmit UPCs, and track deliveries.
• Prepare and present reports as directed and assist merchants with business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Complete adoption and activation in PLM, update pricing, and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About You

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in retail and data management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with the ability to perform complex functions and analyze data to inform business decisions.
