Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data. You will also prepare and distribute financial reports, complete period-end closing procedures, and respond to guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Organize and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
Prepare and distribute financial reports
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
