LPN Maternal Child Health Specialist

Cayuga Health System is seeking a skilled LPN Maternal Child Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Maternal Child Health department, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current LPN license in the state of New York.
- Experience working in a Maternal Child Health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
