Job Overview

As a Breakfast Attendant with Sage Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the breakfast service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast food and beverages to our guests, adhering to all food safety regulations.
  • Replenish food and beverage items throughout the meal period, ensuring all items are fully stocked and at safe temperatures.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Greet each guest warmly, assist with service as needed, and ensure all tables are properly cleaned and cleared.
  • Build rapport with guests, learning about their preferences and needs to provide personalized service.
  • Pass on sales leads and feedback to management, contributing to the growth and development of the hotel.
  • Assist in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures, ensuring the well-being of all guests and employees.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 months of service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling processes and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
