Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in the Gladstone, KS area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid state SLPA license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies to support students with complex communication needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech therapy
Requirements:
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required
