We are actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Gladstone, MO. This role focuses on helping students enhance their communication skills to achieve success in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress.
  • Document therapy sessions and progress, adhering to school district standards and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Missouri state licensure as an SLP.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
