Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular security inspections throughout the premises to ensure safety, security, and order.
- Address various disturbances and incidents, including situations involving aggressive individuals.
- Work in partnership with local law enforcement to tackle criminal activities on-site.
- Participate in special operations aimed at preventing theft and maintaining security.
- Provide support to staff and patients, particularly during emergencies or disruptive events.
- Take responsibility for restricting access for unauthorized visitors and enforcing parking regulations.
- Respond swiftly to calls for assistance and offer support during emergencies.
- Assist in establishing barricades for various events and activities.
- Manage the delivery of different items within the facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent AND a minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience.
- Preference for graduates of Police Academies with 3 years of security experience.
- Possess knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to security operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling firearms, restraints, and defensive tactics.
- Hold necessary certifications including Driver's License, Crisis Prevention, and Firearm Training.
