Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers and colleagues to assess technical feasibility, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization of product strategies and participate in feature request and prioritization processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other product managers on features and functionalities.
  • Surface technical and scope trade-offs to inform organizational decisions.
  • Define, develop, and execute roadmaps and performance metrics for the DV+ platform and Demand Manager.
  • Work with Engineering to plan sprints and longer-term roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with product teams and engineers to bring solutions to market on time and within budget.
  • Ensure effective GTM planning with Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Represent Magnite externally with customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in software product management in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in digital media and ad tech, including online video, CTV, display, and mobile advertising spaces.
  • Strong domain expertise in one or more areas of ad tech, such as SSP, DSP, DMP, etc.
  • Proven experience driving all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand and operate in technical details.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with comfort in interacting with data.
  • Past demonstrated success managing complex products and integrations in medium to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant degree(s) and/or related work experience.
