Role OverviewWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care NP/PA to join our team in Hyannis, MA. As a per diem clinician, you'll provide high-quality patient care, working 8-40 hours per week. Your expertise will be invaluable in treating patients with a broad range of needs, conducting in-office and tele-health visits, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Conduct in-office and tele-health visits, utilizing your clinical training and expertise.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with team members.
- Board Certification.
- Malpractice Insurance - 100% coverage of malpractice fees.
- UpToDate Subscription - an evidence-based clinical research tool.
- One Medical Issued laptop for secure access to our EHR.
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements.
This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
