Job Description

The Technical Advisor role at Puratos is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in the food industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating inspiring finished goods for customers and developing business through customer trainings. You will work closely with senior technical advisors to deliver exceptional results and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute national trainings for Puratos employees, understanding their needs and focusing on training that meets those requirements.
  • Build strong networks with external stakeholders and customers, including equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with R&D formulators to develop new products and partner with customers on technical projects.
  • Manage the innovation pipeline of finished goods for customers, identifying new business opportunities and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • 5 years of related work experience in the food industry.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Baking/Pastry or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, as this role will support our Hispanic customer base.
  • Experience in food photography and videography is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary ranging from $59,840 to $86,020 based on skills and experience. In addition to a 5% targeted annual bonus, total compensation includes a 4% 401(k) match, over 5 weeks of paid time off in the first year, wellbeing incentives, and more.
