Job Description

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing various mental health challenges and fostering positive community outcomes.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and support, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical and progress notes, according to department policy.
  • Work closely with members of the healthcare team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches, including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • Open-mindedness and a desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases.
