Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team in Southwest Portland. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services that meet our operational needs while considering price, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP system(s).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience, preferably with international exposure.
Benefits
