Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kimball Midwest. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and prioritize customer stops and territory growth to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and provide regular reporting to management.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams.
  • Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations and Company meetings within the assigned geographic area of responsibility.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
