  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to associates on customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
