POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently in search of a meticulous and responsible Property Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization.

In this pivotal role, your keen eye for detail will ensure the excellence of our properties by assessing their overall state, pinpointing potential concerns, and providing suggestions for maintenance and improvements.

Your time management skills will be crucial in ensuring that all evaluations are completed promptly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of luxury properties, including visual inspections and assessments of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Assess the condition of interior finishes, such as flooring, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.

Ensure properties comply with local and state regulations and standards.

Identify and document any defects, damages, or safety concerns present on the property.

Generate detailed reports summarizing inspection findings, including recommendations for repairs and upkeep.

Utilize company software for task management and property condition tracking.

Communicate effectively with team members to provide clarity on inspection outcomes.

Collaborate with maintenance personnel, inventory specialists, and repair vendors.

Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid California Driver's license.

Strong attention to detail to detect even minor defects or safety issues.

Experience in inspection, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is advantageous.

Ability to prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency; responsiveness to customer and operational needs.

Technical expertise:
A solid understanding of the various components found in luxury properties, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Physical capability to climb ladders, navigate tight spaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Problem-solving skills: ability to identify potential issues and offer recommendations for repairs or maintenance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage:
$24 - $29/hour based on experience and performance.

Bonus:
Monthly personal bonus subject to management approval.

Benefits:
Mileage reimbursement for approved company-related travel.

Monthly reimbursement of $35.00 for phone and internet expenses related to company business.

Review posting bonus.

Paid sick leave.

One week of paid vacation days.

Schedule: 24/7 availability with flexibility to work late hours as required.
