Role Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. This position involves working with a diverse clientele to create and execute tailored therapy strategies aimed at enhancing their communicative abilities and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing impairments.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and track client progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Engage with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise and thorough records of therapy sessions and client advancements.
  • Inform clients and their families about techniques to foster continuous improvement in communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in specific clinical settings or with particular populations is a plus.
