We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop individualized therapy plans, and managing a moderate case load of diverse students.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and ensure seamless communication.
- Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of students with varying communication needs, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
- SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Texas SLP license.
- CFY Requirements: Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology and eligible for Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
- SLPA Requirements: Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field and valid Texas SLPA license.
