Role Overview:
As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their residences, assisting with:
- Light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal care activities including dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility Criteria:
- STNA certification
- OR
- One year of supervised experience as a home health aide or nurse aide
- OR
- Completion of a Training and Competency Evaluation Program lasting at least 30 hours covering required topics.

If you do not meet the above criteria, you will need to complete a 30-hour company-paid training before working with clients.

Additionally, candidates must be in good physical health and provide documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within the last six months (if required).
