Baltimore Insurance Network is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to manage in-house leads, build referral sources, and cross-sell insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work In-House Leads: Convert in-house leads into clients by offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build Referral Sources: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Sell Insurance Products: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance to existing clients.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding their insurance needs and coverage options.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license for personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
