Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security focused Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be part of an exceptional team of Engineers and Architects that partner with and work as trusted advisors for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clearly communicate technical information to customers, including technical and non-technical staff.
- Work with Solutions Architects to create and evaluate system designs.
- Collaborate with customers on solution designs and deployments.
- Maintain Expert Level Certifications in technical areas of focus.
- Engage and assist Solutions Engineers with key strategic accounts.
- Provide pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers.
- Develop deployment standards for CompuNet's diverse customer base and verticals.
- Ensure deployment standards and best practices are reflected in Statements of Work (SOW).
- Assist Engineering Directors and Managers in identifying professional services opportunities and with recruiting and hiring efforts.
- Pairs with Engineering Directors and Managers to review project scopes for validation.
- Assist with bill of materials, statements of work, technical proposal components.
- Proficiency in designing, deploying, and delivering enterprise security solutions.
- Highly skilled in technical project management and documentation delivery.
- A team player with the ability to mentor and onboard new engineers.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expert level certifications (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry certifications (preferred).

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, training, certifications, education, or performance. This position is eligible for variable compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and profit sharing, in addition to the base salary.
