Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Regency Multifamily. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in training Leasing Coordinators and ensure seamless execution of leasing processes.
  • Report incidents and emergencies to the Community Manager and Director of Operations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of model units, marketing areas, and common spaces on a daily basis.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to meet occupancy goals and drive business growth.
  • Process rental applications and lease apartments in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and document prospect traffic to optimize lead conversion.
  • Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend changes to enhance competitiveness.
  • Assist in scheduling and participating in resident activities to foster a positive community environment.
  • Organize and maintain resident, maintenance, and property files and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement lease renewal programs to maximize resident retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in daily community maintenance and timely resolution of resident issues to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure property management activities comply with standardized policies and regulations to maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Assist in daily rent collection and pursue past-due rents according to established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with residents regarding work requests and ensure satisfaction with completed work to maintain a positive resident experience.
  • Assist in property inspections and upkeep, including litter removal, to maintain a clean and well-maintained property.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections promptly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support and comply with company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Work at other properties in the portfolio as directed to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; CAM designation preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of residential property management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and lift as needed.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good eye/hand coordination and color perception required.
  • Multi-family residential property experience.
  • Professional and courteous interaction with residents, contractors, and team members.
