Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Richland, WA. This is a direct hire position that offers competitive compensation and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in need of occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' ability to perform daily activities.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain progress.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
