Position Summary:
The role involves executing technical and program management responsibilities, as well as conducting analyses to support Advance Planning (AP) and modernization initiatives. This includes the formulation and upkeep of the Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP) for the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain the Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP) and Advanced Coordinated Fielding Plan (ACFP) records within the Naval Information Warfare SYSCOM/PEO Integrated Data Environment & Repository (SPIDER) database.
- Utilize analytical methods to assess program/project goals, baseline integrity, and data visualization.
- Provide technical oversight and managerial support to Advance Planning Leads and Baseline Managers.
- Evaluate and scrutinize fielding plans, government databases, proposed baseline modifications, and collaborate with Program Installation Representatives (IReps) and Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
- Conduct program planning and analysis for C4I mission systems, including the assessment of fielding needs, budget limitations, and platform availability.
- Engage in regular and ad hoc meetings, preparing presentations, documenting notes, and following up on action items.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to collect necessary information, respond to inquiries, and address data calls.
- Analyze and propose actions for routine and urgent fielding plan modifications and Fleet alteration installation requests.
- Assist in executing AP roles and responsibilities as outlined in the Navy Modernization Process Management Operation Manual (NMP MOM) and Afloat Installation Process Handbook (AIPH).
Required Qualifications:
- Must currently possess an active U.S. security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the Department of the Navy (DON), including participation in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), stakeholder engagement, project leadership, requirement definition, process development, and database utilization.
- A Bachelor's degree, or five years of relevant experience in support of NAVWAR/PEO C4I may substitute for a degree.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, including skills in Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Chart/Graph creation, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/COUNTIF/CONCAT formulas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams is required.
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Microsoft Power Apps is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
