Key Responsibilities
  • Surpass reasonable production targets by managing over 10,000 active policies and closing sales generated by our extensive network of Property & Casualty agents.
  • Engage in new business development through networking, community engagement, phone outreach, and leveraging our existing customer base.
  • Work with new leads to generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, refer retirement solutions, and finalize insurance transactions.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing networking relationships for referrals from Real Estate Professionals, Mortgage Brokers, and our current team.
  • Reach out to new clients to explain our services, enhancing relationships and assisting them in safeguarding and growing their assets.

Qualifications
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and be open to coaching.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring follow-through and follow-up.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid life and health insurance license is mandatory.
