This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store showroom, while also ensuring efficient sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet walk-in customers and answer questions clearly and competently.
  • Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Learn and teach customers about products; assist sales in the showroom.
  • Conduct daily sales transactions and make deposits.
  • Promptly process orders error-free, with specific attention to credit information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Proficient in administrative and documentation procedures.
  • Competent with working on a computer; must be familiar with MS Suite.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Aramsco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, and life insurance.
