Waste Management Operations Specialist

As a CDL Driver Apprentice, you'll work with experienced drivers to operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently. You'll be rewarded with competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibilities:- Operate a commercial refuse/recycling vehicle in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
- Report unsafe situations and service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
- Attend training programs, briefings, and meetings as required.
- Work closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
- Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
- Dump all receptacles and leave the customer's location clean and free of debris.
- Complete end of day documentation and check out process.
- Perform duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
- Assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
