Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor, overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our hospital's operations in the absence of senior leadership.
About the Role:
As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing on all nursing units, providing clinical and administrative supervision, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- RN License in the state of employment or compact
- BLS certification
Work Environment:
Our 36-bed short stay surgical hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including electronic medical records, and offers highly specialized services, physicians, and clinical care teams.
