We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team at FAST Global Solutions, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales growth initiatives and drive business expansion through strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire, retain, and expand key strategic customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing strategic accounts and pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Lead a team of Account Executives and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and seven years plus related experience and/or training.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, relationship management, and sales process management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Competitive starting pay (based on education and experience).
