Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing SFDC ecosystem and provide Business Analyst responsibilities in the rollout of the CLM tool.
  • Provide process impact review, systems impact, and functional user analysis with the functional business team utilizing the CLM tool.
  • Implement CLM best business practices to improve the overall CLM experience for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams to create functional specifications and present Proof of Concept/Conference Room Pilot to business stakeholders.
  • Manage and drive to completion User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CLM changes and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Participate in deployment planning and final production deployment of solutions and support users in post-deployment issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SFDC and CLM Solution Architect role.
  • Experience in onsite functional roles on at least two medium to large-scale full-lifecycle SFDC/CLM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM tool and at least two of the following Salesforce areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Certifications in Apttus/Conga CLM and either SFDC Administrator or Developer.
  • Ability to design and configure Apttus modules per business requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Jira Agile tool experience.
