Culinary Expertise: Sushi Preparation and Service
">Sustainable Restaurant Group seeks an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
">Job Overview:
">We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, develop your culinary skills, and contribute to our mission of serving sustainable and delicious food.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high-volume food service environment, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant. You will be knowledgeable about proper food handling and storage procedures, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will be able to work effectively in a team environment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be required to follow company policies and safety standards, attend training sessions as needed, and participate in performance evaluations.
