We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Architect to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our architecture and engineering firm, you will be responsible for designing and delivering healthcare facilities that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Develop architectural designs for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers, using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance on architectural matters.
- Professional Development: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare architecture field.
- Construction Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure that the architectural vision is realized accurately and effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A Masters degree in Healthcare Architecture would be a strong advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Healthcare Architect, with a proven track record of completed healthcare projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
