Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers, using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance on architectural matters.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare architecture field.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure that the architectural vision is realized accurately and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Architecture would be a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Healthcare Architect, with a proven track record of completed healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
