Responsibilities
  • Business Administration
    • Manage day-to-day business objectives.
    • Coordinate with tax and compliance specialists to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Audit company records to ensure accuracy of financial and inventory information.
    • Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings.
    • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
    • Assist with preparing year-end financial statements.
  • Business Improvement
    • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals.
    • Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide quality service to customers, vendors, and business partners.
    • Organize, draft, and/or edit team products to meet customer requirements.
    • Draft and outline team proposals for customer approval.
    • Conduct research, analysis, report writing, and report editing for the team.
    • Prepare monthly status updates based on cross-functional team's accomplishments, milestones met, deliverables submitted, and upcoming activities or plans.
    • Review monthly invoicing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure customer deadlines are met and deliverables satisfy specific requirements.
    • Create and update databases to ensure team's work is accurately documented and maintained in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Qualifications
    • BS/BA degree.
    • 2 or more years of professional experience.
    • Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team.
    • Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge.
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
