Job Title: Service Desk Manager

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Service Desk Manager and play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support to our clients. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists, ensuring timely and accurate customer service, and establishing customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to provide exceptional IT support to clients
  • Develop and implement customer service standards to ensure high-quality support
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT support or management
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
