Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and financial wellness options such as on-site massages and counseling. About This Role

This full-time night shift position is available in our newly built Emergency Department at St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a team-based nursing model with a 1:4 ratio, using state-of-the-art equipment and collaborating with board-certified emergency medicine physicians. You will have opportunities for continuing education scholarships, certification pay, and additional PTO for working night shifts.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate degree in Nursing, preferably a Bachelor of Nursing Degree, and at least one year of RN experience. You must also have current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
