**Job Overview:**

Norco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and setting up Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services as directed. Your expertise will optimize the equipment needs for clients by working with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for new hires. Additional benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Clinical Services Specialist, your duties will include:

  1. Evaluating patients' equipment needs in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals;
  2. Providing sales support and product demonstration to the healthcare community;
  3. Troubleshooting equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and after regular business hours, weekends, and holidays;
  4. Market Norco services to referral sources.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, or be eligible for any of these certifications. Additionally, you should possess a state license (as required) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally to a height of 36". Previous home care experience and a valid driver's license are also necessary.
