Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, according to 5S standards.
  • Operate meat cutting equipment, including knives, saws, cubers, slicers, and grinders.
  • Ensure the proper wrapping, weighing, labeling, and displaying of all meat merchandise.
  • Adhere to all company meat department standards, including case layout and trim specifications.
  • Adhere to proper sanitation and temperature guidelines, including corporate and state inspection standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
  • Ability to pass a cutting test.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of The Golub Corporation's total compensation and benefits package, which includes 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
